The Rodeo Series are one-of-a-kind hand thrown vases and urns with horsehair burned into the clay featuring sculpted or etched rodeo competitors in action. This piece features a barrel racer rounding a barrel on a powerful horse throwing dirt while surging toward the next barrel. The sculpting is enhanced by smoke rising from an ostrich feather applied to the vase at scorching temps.
