For the mountain men of the 1830’s, rendezvous was a time to come together, trade in their furs for much needed supplies, and enjoy the company of other mountain folk. Drinking, smoking, storytelling, and friendly contests were common at such gatherings. These mountain men have a friendly wager to see whose aim is the most accurate.
